Place: a food hall on the 24th floor, 100 metres above the ground, suspended in the air between two towers in the most difficult building to construct in Dubai — One Za’abeel.
Food: 12 homegrown, chef-led kitchens — Japanese ramen, Lebanese street food, Korean-Japanese fusion pizza, Mediterranean seafood, Persian grills, gourmet burgers and specialty coffee — plus a central cocktail bar.
